Now that we know Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are officially headed to Florida, we’re here to diagram a play for a perfect property. We spotted a couple of Florida possibilities earlier this week, but wanted to do a deeper dive into Tampa now that Brady is set to become a Buc.
The legendary quarterback will bid farewell to chilly New England in favor of the sunnier climes of the Tampa Bay area. But before he steps on the field for the Buccaneers, we wanted to save the power couple some time, and pick out a few more homes suited to their family’s needs.
Before we tackled Tampa, we started with an examination of their current digs in Brookline, MA—a mansion that’s still on the market for $33.9 million. The custom home is situated on more than 5 acres and offers refined taste, both indoors and out.
We then scoured Tampa-area listings to find a few properties for sale to meet the very high-end needs of the Brady-Bündchen clan. We looked for properties offering privacy, security, and amenities luxe enough for the Brady brood to comfortably set down new roots in the Sunshine State.
For now, the Bradys can stick to being fabulous, and we’ll take care of what we do best—finding the perfect piece of property. Here are our top three picks…
5030 Sunrise Dr S., St. Petersburg, FL
Price: $8,000,000
Private paradise: Situated on 4.5 acres right on Tampa Bay, this ultraprivate estate is protected by iron gates. Beyond the walled perimeter is the seven-bedroom main residence. There’s an enormous dining room for entertaining, a library for maximum relaxing, multiple home-office spaces, as well as staff living quarters.
Outside, there’s a detached guesthouse, which could serve as a yoga studio for this fitness-obsessed super-couple. There’s also a lap pool, poolhouse, terraces, outdoor kitchen, bocce ball court, and custom pizza oven.
For the nautically inclined, the property offers full 700 feet of shoreline, deepwater access, and a dock with lift, for enjoying every aspect of Florida living. If he buys this place, we have a sense that Brady will be yearning for a yacht of his very own.

415 S. Royal Palm Way, Tampa, FL
Price: $10,900,000
Elegant opulence: Security is a true highlight of this gated estate in the Beach Park neighborhood. Brady will be able to give any paps the stiff arm, thanks to the 16 exterior security cameras constantly monitoring this mansion.
The grand residence is filled with extravagant finishes, like onyx floors, a mahogany-walled den, barrel-vault stone, and a bronze staircase that opens to the two-story living room. And, of course, the over 9,200-square-foot mansion is loaded with baller amenities including a gym, home theater, and huge chef’s kitchen.
Outside, you’ll find a fire pit, outdoor shower, plus a putting green where Brady can work on his short game.

38 Sandpiper Rd, Tampa, FL
Price: $6,950,000
Custom contemporary: For a couple in love with custom finishes, this might be an ideal purchase. Also located in Tampa’s well-to-do Beach Park neighborhood, this oceanfront mansion is still under construction. However, it’s scheduled to be completed in the next few weeks, which means the megawatt couple can finish off the home to suit their particular needs.
The sexy, sleek beach house is a departure from their stately Massachusetts home, but the move may inspire them to embrace the Florida lifestyle.
The six-bedroom home with gorgeous views of Tampa Bay will offer more than 7,600 square feet of living space. Inside, the home is filled with all sorts of luxury must-haves, including a custom wine cellar, elevator, media room, and a safe room in the owner’s suite for security-conscious owners.
There’s also the option to expand the current garage space to accommodate up to six cars. The property also includes an outdoor kitchen, entertaining areas, custom pool and spa, private dock, and open water access.
