When buyers say they’re in search of a home with a potential space for a man cave or she-space, they usually mean a room in the home that can be converted.

However, this Florida home offers much more than a space inside the home.

Listed for $5.9 million, the house on Manatee Terrace in Lake Worth, FL, comes with a totally separate structure currently configured as a massive man cave.

The dude-friendly space measures about 1,200 square feet and includes a half-bathroom, kitchenette, and plenty more bells and whistles for the bros.

“It’s got hand-painted, graffiti-like murals on the walls that depict certain parts of the owner’s life,” says the listing agent, Matt Johnson of Engel & Völkers. “It’s got a poker table, an area to display his collectable motorcycles and a little hot rod car, a big TV, and great sound.”

For target practice, the cave also comes equipped with its own firing range.

“You can fit two people in there, but it’s a single firing range, which has ballistic soundproofing and baffling for the walls and an automatic electric target retriever,” Johnson says.

He says it’s the first house he has ever listed with a private firing range.

“It’s great for someone who is an outdoorsman or into shooting,” he says.

“You have the garage workshop, which has a hangar door. You could land a helicopter in the backyard and put the helicopter in the hangar. Or it has room for an RV,” Johnson explains.

Right now, the additional space serves as a she-structure, with a kennel and isolation room for dogs or other animals. The current owner’s wife uses the area to rescue, foster, and rehabilitate dogs.

All the space makes for a great retreat and is connected via a breezeway to the three-bedroom, 4,854-square-foot main house.

“What I love about the house is the very open-concept living area. There’s a great room with a kitchen, which opens to the everyday eating area and the family room with fireplace,” explains Johnson. “The whole family room just opens up and flows out onto the patio and to the pool. When you walk in the front door, it’s impressive and open.”

Built in 2017, the home sits on a 5-acre lot right on a lake. The outdoor space is impressive and designed for hosting friends and family.

“It’s got great entertaining areas with different Tiki huts and a Tiki bar. There’s also a dock that goes 40 feet out over the water, with a Tiki hut over the dock,” Johnson says.

Another Tiki area near the resort-style pool is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, and there’s a fire pit near the dock.

Johnson says all the lots in the area are 5-acre parcels, and that the huge house takes up the entire width of the lot.

The sellers are downsizing, and their listing agent says the perfect buyer is out there.

“It’s very impressive for someone who has a lot of outdoor interests or is into motorcycles. It has all the space to house all of your toys,” adds. “It is for a very active family or someone that has a lot of interests.”
