But buyers in search of midcentury style needn’t fret if they’re not on the coasts. We dug into our listings and found seven MCM homes in small towns in North Carolina and the state of New York—and even metro areas like Oklahoma City.
If you can spot these rare beauties, midcentury residences in regions off the beaten path can represent a major score. Prices are likely to be cheaper than they would be in California, and the competition may not be quite as fierce.
