FireEye CEO Kevin Mandia is logging off from his Woodside, CA, mansion, which is now listed for $17.9 million.
The property has been the market for just over a week, but its prodigious price tag didn’t slow buyers on the hunt for an upscale home in Silicon Valley. The mansion is already in pending sale status.
Woodside is one of the wealthiest communities in the country, and its 48 active listings come with an eye-popping median home price of $3,795,000.
Mandia purchased the contemporary compound in 2014 for $16 million. He joined FireEye in December 2013, as the the cybersecurity company’s senior vice president and chief operating officer, and became its CEO in 2016.
The San Francisco Bay Area-based firm currently has a market cap of $2.5 billion, but its share price has gone down 70% in the past five years.
Located in desirable central Woodside at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the home is within easy walking distance of town and the Woodside School.
